All rentals have an additional security deposit charged aside from the regular rental costs. Deposits are only eligible for refund if all items are returned in proper working order, and in the same condition they were received in by the renter. If items are inspected and deemed to be in poorer condition, missing, or ruined/broken then the security deposit will be kept by the vendor. Please allow 5-7 business days for your security deposit to be returned to you. This time frame may be longer, depending on the way your bank releases funds. Deposits are returned electronically, via PayPal or Zelle.
